The OPTOPLEX Web measuring system is intended for In-line process monitoring of the quality of coatings evaporated on foils in a vacuum chamber. OPTOPLEX Web measures the spectral transmission and/ or the spectral reflection of the coated layer, processes the data in real time and presents the results in several easy to use graphical modes.
Amazing measurement speed, excellent data reproducibility and high reliability make it first choice for process control. The systems consist of single- or double -beam spectrometers with a halogen lamp. The fact that the measuring system is designed in the form of slide-in units guarantees fast and reliable changing of units. The use of light guides ensures simple adaptation of dedicated measuring configurations, measuring optics and measuring heads.
OPTOPLEX Web 真空蒸發(fā)鍍箔過程監(jiān)督系統(tǒng)，主要功能是線內監(jiān)督鍍箔中鍍層的透射光譜、反射光譜，實時數(shù)據(jù)，多種圖象顯示供選擇。
系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)點是測量速度，概優(yōu)質重復性，可靠性高，完全滿足過程監(jiān)督的條件。蔡司分別提供單束或雙光束光譜儀，配鹵素燈。工業(yè)式易裝易拆設計，方便維修及更換。全部光學鏡頭、測量頭及相關的安裝，都以光纖光導線連接。
